I am so pleased with our trash collection service from you! It’s like night and day from the last company we used. Your crew arrives at exactly the same time each week, and they put the lid back on the can and leave everything neatly in place. Please be sure to let them know that they are doing a great job! The other thing I love about your service is that when a holiday comes around you put information on your website about when you will be picking trash up. We’ve had Titus do our trash pickup for 8 years now. Never a complaint. The website tells me if there’s a weather or holiday delay, and it’s the first thing you see on the web page! We enjoy the one or two day pickup option, the consistent arrivals, and attention to turning the bin around, lid attached, and in place! Makes the return trip to the house much easier. 5 stars to Titus!

I want to thank Reggie and you for his service on Thursday. We had a serious amount of trash/debris that someone had dumped near our mailbox. Reggie was kind enough to dispose of it for us. My wife and I greatly appreciate this. I know we do not put out a whole lot for pickup but I am thankful he went out of his way to remove this for us. They work very hard, hustling to work fast, but they do not drive too fast through the neighborhood and they always wave when I’m walking the dogs.
