I want to compliment you on your service during the recent storm. My home i scheduled for Thursday pickup, which is when we got all the snow. Wednesday evening I put out my trash and a big piece of Styrofoam. Thursday it was pretty buried, but I uncovered it a little and left them out with hope. One of your trucks came by about 9 AM on Friday. I happened to be in the living room and watched. I could see from the driver’s face that it was a little struggle to get the can and Styrofoam out of the snow. He persisted , took my trash, and replaced the dumpster nicely.
My thanks and compliments for coming by after the storm and to the driver by providing good service even under difficult circumstances.
Very affordable and reliable. The couple times that they missed a pickup (in the beginning with a new driver), I left a voice message and the trash was gone almost immediately.
They are the best. A few times that I needed a pick-up, (missed my scheduled time), they were accommodating. And the price is right!

I just wanted to take a quick moment to compliment you on one of your service providers. My driver is the best, he is always courteous, considerate, and friendly. Whenever my son and I are at the bus stop and he drives by he gives a wave and a smile. And in some cases, if I had not left out my cans, he confirms I didn’t forget. I would also like to mention that he always leaves my cans upright with lids on, a rare thing to find in today’s world and just another way it proves that he takes great pride and care in his job and the needed service he provides. I work from home, and as such, see our driver often, he is always working hard and hustling. Some of my other neighbors have other trash removal companies, but they are paying more for a less professional service. It is an absolute joy to have him as our trash professional. Thank you for being a continuously positive, on time, professional service company that I count on, and for finding high quality, professional, proud employees that you have placed on your staff.
I live on Stringtown Rd, Clarksburg. Your driver has always done a good job of emptying the trash and putting the container back in a safe location off the road. Montgomery County recycling has done a lousy job of putting their container back off the road. Our road has a lot of traffic at times and is not wide enough for center line. The reason why I am sending this note is to compliment your driver for excellent customer service. He stopped in the northbound direction and emptied Titus container. At about the same time Montgomery County emptied their container and left it on the edge of the road. I noticed that your driver saw that and took the time to push the blue container off the road. PLEASE THANK YOUR DRIVER FOR ME.
